How We Ship

CoolBrew® Coffee concentrate is a fresh, perishable product. Your shipment will be marked REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL; please refrigerate it as soon as possible. CoolBrew may be frozen if desired.

When you receive your CoolBrew it will undoubtedly be warm. That's ok; but please refrigerate it as soon as possible. 

We will normally ship on Monday or Tuesday, and sometimes on Wednesday depending on your proximity to New Orleans. So if you have placed your order on say Wednesday or Thursday, it will not likely ship until the following Monday. If you place your order on Tuesday, it may ship on Wednesday. 

Shipments are packed with insulation and cold packs to minimize exposure to heat.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call our customer service line at 800-293-3765 within ten (10) days of the date of delivery. We will, at our option, replace any damaged or defective product or issue a complete refund.
