How We Ship

CoolBrew® Coffee concentrate is a fresh, perishable product. Your shipment will be marked REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL; please refrigerate it as soon as possible. CoolBrew may be frozen if desired.

Shipments are packed with insulation and cold packs to minimize exposure to heat.

When you receive your CoolBrew it may be warm. That's ok; but please refrigerate it as soon as possible. 

We will normally ship Monday through Wednesday. So if you have placed your order on say Wednesday afternoon or Thursday, it will not likely ship until the following Monday. 

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify service@coolbrew.com within ten (10) days of the date of delivery. We will, at our option, replace any damaged or defective product or issue a complete refund.
